Behavior Helpline

If your pet has a persistent behavioral problem and you need help or advice, our Behavior Helpline may be what you need.  After first reviewing our behavior and training resource library, if have additional questions, please request advice by completing our behavior helpline form.

July 8: We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our behavior helpline form. Until it is back up and running, please direct behavioral inquiries to training@eastbayspca.org. Please include:

  1. Description of all people/animals in your household
  2. Description of problem behavior in question, how long has it been going on, any major changes that may have preceded it
  3. Description of what you have previously attempted in order to solve the problem/how it’s worked

If you do not have access to the internet or e-mail, you can reach us at (510) 563-4623.  It is our goal to return your inquiry within 72 hours; however, due to the volume of inquiries and popularity of this service, responses may take up to one week.
