Youth Programs
Our humane education programs inspire compassion, empathy, and respect for all living things. We offer hands-on experiences for youth of all ages through camps, school programs, and volunteering at our Dublin and Oakland campuses. Additionally, our community programs span Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
Traditional day camp fun with an animal-loving twist! Offered during fall, winter, spring, and summer breaks.
Engaging opportunities for teens to gain leadership skills, volunteer experience, and connect with animals in a camp setting.
Supervised, experiential learning and hands-on volunteer opportunities—perfect for earning service hours and learning about animal care.
Celebrate your special day with us! Parties are hosted at both our Oakland and Dublin campuses and include animal-themed fun.
Go behind the scenes at our adoption centers. Includes a visit from an animal friend and an engaging presentation tailored to any age group, youth through adult.
Students explore responsible pet care, animal welfare, human rights, environmental protection, and more. Aligned with CA State Standards and SEL.
