At East Bay SPCA, our Behavior & Training team helps change that story. We work with animals in our shelter and with pet families in the community, providing expert guidance to prevent surrenders before they happen.

For many families who love their pets but can’t afford individualized support, our Behavior & Training Scholarship Program is a lifeline. It keeps pets safe, happy, and home with the people who love them most.
