Get to know our yoga instructor, Danielle Sanchez!
“I have been an enthusiastic yoga student for over 12 years and have transitioned from student to teacher when I completed the 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Because of my desire to make yoga accessible to everyone, I enjoy teaching gentle and beginner level classes, emphasizing that everyone can benefit from the gift of yoga.
As I tried it all, from hot yoga to restorative yoga, I saw my anxiety fade, sleep improve, and physical health increase. I also became more patient and positive, more accepting of myself and others, and more at ease with events not going to plan. Because I have seen all the benefits personally, I want to share the many benefits yoga can provide.
I am also passionate about animals. I fundraise and donate proceeds from my yoga classes to animal shelters. It is one small way to give back to our four-legged friends. In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, compassion-centered philosophy, and my playful spirit to help students deepen their practice. My hope is that you leave your mat feeling centered, rejuvenated and fulfilled. Join me on the mat!”
