Carrie was found off of the High Street exit in Oakland on 880, likely hit by a car, and had to be given more than 14 medications to help her recover from resulting injuries while she stayed at the East Bay SPCA in Oakland.
She finally found her home after seven months of support, rehabilitation, medical attention, and loving care from East Bay SPCA staff and volunteers, including hours of play-group socializing with other dogs.
