The East Bay SPCA maintains three veterinary locations: a full service clinic and two spay and neuter surgery centers. Our Oakland facilities are conveniently located off of highway 880 near the Oakland Airport. Our third facility, the Tri-Valley SPCA Spay and Neuter Surgery Center, is located in Dublin, CA.
