About the East Bay Feral Fix: The Feral Fix is a no-cost feral surgery program to assist Alameda and Contra Costa residents with problematic and costly feral issues in their community. Feral surgeries are provided by referral only, and by calling our Feral Cat Hotline. Vaccinations and testing are also available for a small fee, if desired.
